Your UK Limited Company
We form your new private limited company and pay the £100 Companies House incorporation fee as part of the package price.
Once incorporated, your company is ready to begin business, subject of course to any registrations, licences or other requirements applying to its particular activities.

Central London Registered Office
Every UK company must have an appropriate registered office address.
For the first 12 months, your company can use our Central London address:

This keeps your home address from appearing as your company's registered office address on the public Companies House register.
Official company post received from organisations such as Companies House and HMRC is scanned and made available to you electronically through our secure document system.
Service address for your company officers
The package also includes use of our London address as the Companies House service address for all company officers for the first 12 months.
This means directors do not need to use their residential address as their publicly displayed correspondence address at Companies House.
Directors must still provide Companies House with their residential address where legally required, but it is not normally displayed on the public register.
Business mail scanning included
The Fully Inclusive Package goes further than simply dealing with statutory post.
It also includes our Business Mail Scanning Service for the first 12 months.
This allows your company to use our London address for ordinary business correspondence as well as its official registered-office correspondence.
Business post received for your company is scanned and made available electronically, allowing you to access it wherever you are.
VAT registration
We arrange your VAT registration where your company is eligible
VAT registration can become necessary as your business grows, or a company may choose to register voluntarily where it is eligible to do so.
The Fully Inclusive Package includes our VAT registration service.
Where your company is eligible, we obtain the information required from you and prepare and submit the VAT registration application to HMRC. Once HMRC has approved the application, your company will have its VAT registration number and can operate its VAT affairs accordingly.
Please note:VAT registration is not automatic and not every company is required or eligible to register. In particular, a company generally needs to be making, or intending to make, taxable supplies before it can register. HMRC makes the registration decision and may request further information. Where your company is not yet eligible, we will hold this service open and submit the application once it becomes appropriate.
PAYE registration
Ready to employ people or pay directors through PAYE?
If your company needs to operate PAYE, it must first be registered with HMRC as an employer.
The Fully Inclusive Package includes our PAYE registration service.
We register your company as an employer when it is ready to pay employees or directors — HMRC expects registration close to your first payday rather than months in advance, because registering an employer scheme starts your obligation to make regular payroll submissions. When you are ready, we obtain the information HMRC requires and submit the employer registration. HMRC then issues the company's PAYE references so that payroll can be operated.
This package includes PAYE registration, not an ongoing payroll-processing service.
Company Administration Portal
Your company also receives access to our online Company Administration Portal.
This provides a convenient central location for your company information and formation documents and helps you manage the company after incorporation.
Together with our mail-scanning facilities, it means that important company documentation can be accessed online wherever you are.
Who is the Fully Inclusive Package for?
The package is designed for customers who want more than the basic incorporation of a company.
The Fully Inclusive Package is available to UK-resident customers only. If you are resident outside the UK, our International Package is designed for you and reflects the additional work required for non-UK residents.
It is particularly suitable if you want:
- your company formed and ready to start business;
- a Central London registered office;
- your home address kept off the public register as your service address;
- official company post scanned electronically;
- business correspondence scanned electronically;
- VAT registration where your company is eligible;
- PAYE employer registration where required; and
Rather than buying these services individually, the Fully Inclusive Package puts them together from the outset.

Is the £100 Companies House incorporation fee included?
Yes. The package price includes the £100 Companies House fee for incorporating your new company.
Does the package include VAT registration?
Yes. Our VAT registration service is included. Registration itself remains subject to HMRC's requirements and approval, and a company generally needs to be making or intending to make taxable supplies before it can register.
Does the package include PAYE registration?
Yes. We register the company with HMRC as an employer where PAYE registration is required, at the appropriate time relative to your first payday.
Does this include running my payroll?
No. The Fully Inclusive Package includes PAYE registration, but it does not include an ongoing payroll bureau or payroll-processing service.
Can I buy this package if I live outside the UK?
No. The Fully Inclusive Package is available to UK residents only. If you are resident outside the UK, please use our International Package, which is designed for non-UK residents. If a non-resident order is placed for this package, we will refund it and direct you to the right package.
What if something changes during the first year?
Certain changes must be reported to Companies House when they occur rather than waiting for the Confirmation Statement. Contact us if you are unsure whether a change needs to be filed.
Is the registered office included?
Yes. Use of our Central London address as the company's registered office is included for the first 12 months.
Are directors' service addresses included?
Yes. Our London service address is included for all company officers for the first 12 months.
Is business mail scanning included?
Yes. Business Mail Scanning is included for the first 12 months, in addition to the handling of official registered-office correspondence.
What happens after the first 12 months?
Your address and mail services renew automatically each year, so that your company's registered office and correspondence arrangements continue without interruption. We will email you around a month before your renewal date to remind you and confirm the amount, and we will then take payment from the card on file. You can cancel, or update your card details, at any time before the renewal date.
