Start trading as soon as your company is formed. Companies House takes three hours to one working day to process our orders and create a company. The time taken is subject to their workload and opening hours. Once your company is incorporated (registered) at Companies House, it can start trading because it has the legal capacity to enter into contracts, employ staff, make sales and open bank accounts.

Companies House charge a fee of £50 for forming a company. They charge formation agents less. Our prices include the Companies House fee, and you will not have to pay extra.

The memorandum of association and articles of association are required to create a company in the UK under the Companies Act 2006 and previous Companies Acts.
